When Is the Best Time to Buy?

Welcome back to my video blog. Lately, a lot of buyers have asked me when the best time to buy is. The answer is now. There are fewer buyers in the market and that means less competition for you. Because there are less buyers, sellers are more willing to negotiate on price; they want to sell their home.

Why else is now a good time to buy? Interest rates are incredibly low and experts are predicting a 1% increase over the next year. This may not seem like a huge different, but a 1% increase in interest rates actually has a negative impact of 10% on your purchasing power.
