Well, you've heard correctly.We have noticed a 2.3% increase in home sales recently, which is great news for sellers. Over the past month, we have seen over 2,000 new homes come on to the market.
The problem is, 50% of these homes are not selling. We want to bring that startling statistic to the forefront because we think it's important to establish that although now is a great time to sell, you have to do it just right.
